Easy Easter Recipes

Displaying Savory deviled eggs seem to be all the rage lately, so let’s have some Easter egg fun!
6 boiled eggs, cut in half, remove yolks & set whites to the side
Mix:
1/2 Cup light mayonaise
1 Tbsp. dijon mustart
Dash of garlic salt and onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste.
Mix well (use a food processor if necessary); once creamy, I add 2T chow-chow OR 1T diced jalepenos.

Now for the fun! Using assorted food colors, fill a glass for each color with water to cover the whites. Add 3-4 drops of food coloring & submerge eggs just until they start changing colors. Place on paper towel to dry. Once dry, add the yolk mixture & top with bacon bits or paprika.
