These recipes were referenced in our October newsletter & here they are to stay forever! Thanks to the folks at JohnPac, they have shared two awesome recipes with us that you HAVE to try sometime.  They are located in southern Louisiana so it is only fitting that they love to cook up some Gumbo & Jambalaya!
